Course Description:
The curriculum is designed to ensure that participants have the necessary skills to be an entry level cook in a commercial kitchen. 10-weeks with HWTC, including all classroom modules and certifications 2-weeks in unpaid placement with a partner establishment All participants will receive their Food Handlers certification, as well as WHMIS, Workplace Health & Safety and AODA training.
